“I have had the best experience of my life.  I have learned how to work as a team, how to listen to others, that other peoples opinions matter as much as mine, that it’s not all about me. You have changed my life and made me a better person. Thankyou.”

“Would just like to say that i’ve looked on your website as a ketamine user and i think that it is the best help i’ve read from any website dedicated to bringing your body back to health after so much abuse. I’m currently fighting an addiction at the moment and finding it quite difficalt as you say, my friends all do it so it’s realy hard to get away from it!! Is there any advice you could give me for further help in tems of support as my doctor is quite lame?”

Thanks for being able to push me that one step further you have really helped in a big way.. I want my life back too!!

“I have been taking MSM for the last 3 weeks now and have noticed a considerable difference with the amount of fluid my bladder can hold. I would highly recommend MSM to anyone who is having problems. It makes the bladder wall a bit softer and allows things to start to stretch properly increasing time needed between bathroom trips and overall comfort levels.”

“Dear Safe Collective,

I’ve just found a flyer that you gave out at Waveform Festival last month. It’s probably the most educational thing I’ve seen about K around, so wondering if it would be OK to scan it and upload to some clubbing websites I write for? :-)

Of course you would get full credit and can list any contact details/websites etc you may have.

Cheers and many thanks,
Tara xx ”

hello again..

just to let you know some science that is very important..

I have been using natural remedies for a long time and also have a basis
in science..

Ketamine Hydrochloride has an alkalising effect on the stomach and
therefore body. (Although in itself it is slightly acidic! cant tell you
why but the following I can testify to…)

Whilst i totally agree that Cider Vinegar is an amazing remedy it will
actually make K-cramps ALOT worse and further damage the stomach.. it
should therefore be used after K has been given up and thet stomach/ body
has regained its natural p/h balance to deTox and repair. Other
detoxifying methods should be used until then.

sorry to be the bearer, but i think its an important point that you should
look at.! details of p/h below. I can testify these points from bitter
experience as i have been studying acidity/alkaline in relation to K and
have personally corrected my stomach problems caused by K using food and
Sodium Bicarb alone.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Love and light,
Briony

NB: Info!!
The pH of Sodas generally range from 2.5 – 4.0. taken from (”wiki-answers”)
This means Sodium Bicarbonate is Acidic, and hence is the reason for its
getting rid of “K-Cramps”.. as it re- neutralises the stomachs p/h
balance.

(info sourced from :  http://www.earthtym.net/ph-intro.htm :
“Any substance with a pH below 7.0 is considered acid, becoming more acid
as it approaches 1. Any substance with a pH ABOVE 7.0 is considered
alkaline, becoming more alkaline up to a limit of 14.0 “)

Hi someone gave me a leaflet of yours about k and i must say i have seen dozens and yours is the only one that was worth me reading, really good message good work. I am 18 bin using for 4 years sometimes quite heavily but now trying desperately to kick the habit. there are a lot of people in cambridge having operations etc for k issues and no one can deny it ruining the scene, a drug is a drug not a lifestyle(but 4 herbs). anyway i had 2 look at ur site after reading the leaflet and the spiritual implications bit and the i chings response was spot on realy hit the nail on the head about the energy and that, it is true. im so glad to hear that info is being passed onto gps, i went to mine while ago asking for help with ketamine and she asked if it was an amphetamine? no help at all there i hope they are more informed now. you guys rule and frank is the biggest joker in the world who is he kidding hehe. my bestest girl mate who i love very much i am losing though, she would rather sit in her dingy room sniffin k than mission to a bangin party with us without k, she says cause shes in pain, its so obvios but everything is so distorted in her head when shes actually really bright which is sch a waste she cant do anything without k and i really want to help her but all she wants to do is get mashed 24/7 im gona show her the thing on r site about spiritual implications hope that will mean something to her it did to me
big up ur selves, peace & light

My names Laura, I’m helping to run a K awareness night in cambridge this weekend and suddenly realised we have very little info. We’re going to give out your leaflet this weekend, is there anything else you could send us though?
basically we’re running this night in memory of my friend who died 3 years ago, from a k overdose. He was the first person in the country to be registered as dying from taking K. I’d also really love to put a testimony on here of how dan died. it’s a long and painful story that needs to be told properly for people to understand. Very few people seem to understand that it can actually kill you when mixed with alcohol or just by itself, and your mates “k hole” is actually a very thin line. I thought he was in a k hole when actually he was dead across my lap it took me a good half an hour to convince the rest of the people around me that there was something even wrong, i didnt even believe it until i was told he was dead the next day.

anyway, hope you can help!

Laura

Message subject: msm

“hi how you doing,

just to fill you in a little more on my message i posted on this forum. Please excuse the graphic nature of this by the way

when i started taking msm my bladder lining was red raw from a 3 week, self destructive K binge. the corrosiveness of this stuff if left in your body with out you drinking plenty of water etc is stupid.

After my first attempt to come off K which lasted pretty much a month and a half my bladder was almost back to normal, but it only took 3 days of k use to be back to pissing blood and going to the toilet every 5-15 mins. I spent a week on voltarol tablets and paracetamol which were prescribed to me by my GP but i found they took the pain away from the bladder but actually reduced the amount i could hold thus increasing the amount i needed to go to the toilet.

I found out about MSM from a link from this website and sourced some from a local health shop because i was willing to try anything. After a week of being on just MSM, a good diet and plenty of water i could tell i was holding more liquid. it had gone from 25ml up to 100ml and the blood had stopped appearing as much in the urine.

coming up four weeks has gone past now and i can now hold in between 250ml and 500ml with intervals of up to an hour and a half. this fluctuates with what i have eaten and the time of day i find. I’ve noticed the healing process has been a little longer this time round, due to the severity of the damage i had caused myself but.

I try to avoid doing the longer hold ins and forcing myself to hold it in as the bladder wall, which is still very fragile at the moment, must tear a little as small amounts of blood can be visible. worse thing is you know when you’ve held it for too long as you can feel a little twinge.

So from that i’m not rushing it at all, which appears to be working as week by week there is positive improvement that i can actually see, which makes me feel positive inside which helps with the little bits of depression i’ve noticed that come around which i think are due to not doing a K.

I’ve also on friday started taking UVA-URSI Complex, this is a liquid from the uva-ursi berry that you mix with water and drink twice a day. I take it now as the same time i take the maintance dose of MSM (3 1000mg tablets). No idea if it helps as i’ve only just started taking it. All these i have purchased from a health shop in my town but are easily obtained from the net.

I tried taking 2 tea spoons of organic cyder vinegar in warm water with a tea spoon of hunny in too but i tried that when i first started taking the msm and my bladder was still to raw to cope with the level of acidity of the urine. Drinking the vinegar is supposed to change the acidity of the urine which breaks down any re-crystalised K that is in your kidneys/bladder urea etc. I will probably start taking that again next week when i’m comfortable that my bladder is stable.

Just a few things i’ve found irritate it, anything with caffine in seems to be a no no as it de-hydrates you and can make even walking around feel very un-comfortable. Orange juice also seems to bring the acidity of the urine up very quickly making passing fluid unbareable at points so was quickly banned from the diet.

I hope this email is of some use.
thanks
Bryan

sorry, i meant to say ketamine is an alkaline which as you probably know is the opposite of acid. a heavy alkaline to the body is a harmful as an acid. thats why the vingar is supposed to help, in theory. Glad I could be of help

it was actually your site i found out about the msm

i should be saying thanks to you lot for giving me some options!”
